Relate
Work items such as bugs and tasks don't exist in isolation. They have context when they're related to each other. For instance Stories have Test Cases. Bugs have Tasks, and pretty much everything has some kind of documentation associated with it. If it's troublesome or tedious to manage all these relationships, then they just won't get managed, and instead of a smoothly running project, you have chaos.
The Exia Process makes it as easy as possible to create and manage the relationships between work items.
