Benefits for Team Leads

Leading a modern software project team is frightening. The technical guys are smart and experienced. The technologies are advanced and there are lots of them. The architecture is complicated.
It's enough for me to keep on top of all that. Having to manage the project plan makes it just that much harder. And now that the style is Agile, I need to know about iterations, scrums, stand-ups, burn-downs, test plans, work item tracking and on and on. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by it all.
Since I started using The Exia Process, things are definitely easier. The Exia Process provides a consistent, logical plan that's easy to implement, and easy for the team to follow. Now when I go into a team meeting, I barely need to do any advance preparation. I look at The Exia Process, and it's all there; the latest bug list, tasks, user stories. The iteration plan is up to date, and the StoryBoard shows me exactly where we are in terms of work for the current iteration.
What's more, the team loves it. And because of that, I'm not constantly fighting for their attention. I go into a meeting and we bring The Exia Process up on the overhead, discuss the relevant status, and we're able to make any adjustments live. It's that easy and that responsive.
With The Exia Process, I know the plan, and that gives me the confidence to lead the team accurately. We all pull together and do our best work.
