What do I like best about working with The Exia Process?

Getting things done. Plain and simple.

At the end of the day, there's nothing like the satisfaction of being able to do your best work, and The Exia Process is the first tool I've found that lets me do that. I tried other tools, but I always found that they got in the way more than they helped. Web based tools always seemed too slow, and always seemed to have strange ways of doing things with user interface. Then I tried the Team Foundation Server native interface. That was OK, but it just seemed like a pain to have to query every time you wanted a work item. And it seemed odd that iterations didn't have start and end dates, or that you couldn't see an image that you attached to a work item without clicking on it to bring it up in the default editor.

Little things? Maybe. But they all add up. A few seconds here, a minute there. Over the course of a day, if I waste a total of an hour fiddling with tools, that's too much, and that's what was happening with the other products.

Then I tried The Exia Process, and frankly I was blown away. Bugs, Tasks, User Stories, they just seemed so simple to add, edit, delete, update. I tried linking things together. Still simple. And fast! I can click Ctl-Sh-B to create a bug, and then suddenly realize I didn't want to do that, I wanted to create a task instead. With the New Bug form still up, I just click Ctl-Sh-K instead. Bam!, I'm in the New Task form and the New Bug form is closed. Try that with any other application and either it won't work, our you'll end up with two New Item forms open.

Sure it's a small thing, but The Exia Process is littered with "small things" that add up to big things at the end of the day. Like adding an image to a work item for instance. Drag and drop it on the form. What could be easier than that? I tried dragging three images at once. It worked. I dragged the same three images, plus one new one. The new one got added. The three that were already there were ignored. Nice. No, sweet.

I could go on, but why don't you just try it for yourself. It won't take you long to find out that The Exia Process is the slickest new software tool to hit the market in years. Why? Because it's loaded with features? Nope. Because it's loaded with getting things done. And that's what I really value, just getting my work done faster, better, more easily.
